VAT
All prices on the website are shown exclusive of VAT. The Dutch VAT rate is 21% and these will be added to your order if you have a company in the Netherlands or if you have a company in the European Union and are not registered for VAT. If you have a company within the European Union (but outside the Netherlands) and you have a valid international VAT number, the VAT will not be charged.

Shipping
The orders are sent with the services of PostNL. All packages are insured and provided with Track & Trace. Orders of at least €100 excluding VAT are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders under € 100,- excluding VAT, we charge € 5,90 shipping costs. For orders within Europe we use the following prices per country*:

Returns

It is important that the products are unused and in the same condition as you received them. A credit invoice will be created. We do charge € 5,90 shipping costs for returning orders. These are settled in the credit invoice.
